I got this particular blanket as a present for a friend, but I admittedly prefer it over the one I have at home because I find the weight to be more evenly distributed. A great choice for the value. With over 16,000 reviews on Amazon, there is very low risk.
The OG Blanket: Gravity Blanket: The Weighted Blanket For Sleep, Stress, and Anxiety ($199)
The Gravity Blanket was the start of my obsession. I don’t know where I tried it but I fell in love and wanted one for months. I ended up with one from a closing sale at another store, but I never forget my first love.
The Eco-Conscious Blanket: Baloo Weighted Blanket ($169)
Considering the nature (haha) of this product, and ultra-heavy textile that you sleep with at night (or for several hours during the day), I recommend this chemical-free cotton blanket. The materials are certifiably safe for humans without compromising the quality of the weighted-blanket experience.
The Dream Blanket: The Napper by Bearaby ($249)
This blanket has literally appeared in my dreams before. I sat with it one time at west elm, and I felt an instant wave of resentment towards my own weighted blanket at home. This is my favorite blanket that I never had. It currently lives on my brother’s wedding registry (which I gained access to) for the pretty-selfish goal of using it when I stay with him. The blanket is heavy, as advertised.
The knotted material is silky and breathable. In every available color, this blanket is aesthetically superior to all weighted blankets on the market. If you do some research, you will find that all weighted blankets look the same— either cotton, velvet, or both—somewhere between a baby blanket and a dog blanket. The Bearaby blankets are gorgeous and functional.

The Great-Value Blanket: YnM Weighted Blanket ($62.90)
Disclaimer: I have never tried this blanket before but I personally trust the 4.6-star rating, at over 12,000 reviews. This blanket is almost half the price of many of the other bestsellers on amazon, at the same weight and size. If you are not looking to splurge, or you are unsure about the weighted-blanket experience, this is a great choice.
